CELEBRATE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS PARTY WITH US
From the 24th to the 26th of December, it will be contemplative and solemn in the Alpenhof. Festively decorated, our cozy Bauerstube and Florianstube sparkle, just like the Christmas tree. Cookies and mulled wine sweeten the day and culinary delights crown the festive season. Imagine quiet Christmas music and numerous Christmas surprises on top - that makes the holidays for our hotel guests as well as for external restaurant guests to a very special experience.

On Christmas Eve we invite you to a Christmas 4-course-menu in our Restaurant Seeberg. At 17:30 we receive you with an aperitif. Afterwards you can enjoy the outstanding meal and your time with your loved ones, talk about the gifts of the evening and listen to the Christmas music in the background until 8 pm.
The Christmas Eve Menu
Variation of arctic char (pickled & tartare) with its caviar, spiced squash confit and lime organic sour cream
Salsify cream soup with smoked duck breast
Fillet of local beef with port jus, celery purée and glazed vanilla carrots
Gingerbread parfait with pickled spicy cherries, walnut crumble and amaretto mascarpone froth
49,00 EUR per person including aperitif (Children are welcome to order from our regular children's menu).
December 25th and 26nd, 2019
On the two Christmas holidays we look forward to welcoming you in our Restaurant Seeberg from 12:00am to 2:00pm and from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and to serve selected Christmas specialties.
House guests each expect a 3-course menu with our legendary duck, goose and venison specialties, which you can enjoy as part of their half-board for € 35.00.

November 2nd, 2019: Kitchen party in the Alpenhof
"OBERLAND MEETS FRANKENLAND"
5 chefs - 5 stations - 10 outstanding dishes. And you right in the middle of it! We invite you to an event of a special kind: "Oberland meets Frankenland" - this is the motto of our large kitchen party, where you can watch the head chef at work and taste numerous delicacies in a relaxed atmosphere to be able to enjoy.
Step into the culinary heart of our hotel restaurant Seeberg: On this evening we open our spacious kitchen for you. At five stations, our Executive Chef Tobias Jochim and his top-class guests, four top chefs from Bavaria and Franconia, will cook ten delicious dishes around the theme of the evening.
We warmly welcome you to watch the preparation of the various dishes, to get into conversation with the cooks and to take one or the other cooking tip with you. Whether you want to eat the food directly in the lively kitchen or rather at your table in our festively decorated Wendelsteinstube, you can decide freely and spontaneously. Our service team will be happy to recommend you suitable wines and pamper you with an attentive and warm service.

New Year's Eve at the Hotel Der Alpenhof
GOODBYE 2019, HELLO 2020!
Treat yourself to a very special New Year and celebrate with us a glittering New Year's Eve at the foot of the Bavarian Alps.
As start in a delightful evening we will welcome you at 19:00 with an aperitif at our bar or in the hotel lobby.
Festive, but yet casual and informal and garnished with one or two surprises, the culinary highlight of the evening awaits you from 7.30 pm: a New Year's Eve gala menu of the extra class. Executive Chef Tobias Jochim and his team look forward to turning the end of the year into a very special celebration with five multifarious and delicious courses. Our restaurant team spoils you during the menu with an attentive service and corresponding wines. Please note: The wines, soft drinks, beer and specialty coffees are not included in the package.
Musically, DJ Rino Palumbo will subtly accompany the evening and create an atmospheric ambience with his music arrangements.
At midnight, we welcome the New Year with ice-cold champagne and colorful fireworks that you can enjoy from our terrace.
Afterwards we celebrate the turn of the year at our bar until the early morning hours. If you have a fresh appetite, we invite you to the midnight soup from 00:30.
