... with this concept, our new Executive Chef Tobias Jochim is delighting guests of our Restaurant Seeberg since May 1st. In his creative dishes influences from all parts of the world can be found, combined to surprising harmonies of the aromas. Of course, the German and especially Bavarian cuisine has its place, too. The high quality of the products and their handling with respect and master craftsmanship is our highest maxim. In selecting, we look for what is available regionally and is offered by the seasons on the market.
